Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Bherulal Kothari, our esteemed chairman, established a private finance business in Chennai in 1975, initially focusing on vehicle finance. Despite having limited experience in finance, Mr. Kothari laid a robust foundation for the enterprise, setting the stage for his son, Mr. Amith Kumar Kothari, to take over the reins in 1997.

Combining seasoned expertise with innovative strategies, Mr. Bherulal Kothari and Mr. Amith Kothari expanded the enterprise into new verticals such as construction finance and corporate finance. Leadership Transition

Following the strategic acquisition of Parasnath Finance (India) Limited (an RBI-registered NBFC) in 2021. Mr. Amit Kothari was appointed Managing Director by Mr. Bherulal Kothari, who subsequently assumed the role of Chairman. In December 2022, the company was rebranded as Brios Finvest India Limited, signifying a new era in its history. With this new identity, Mr. Amith Kothari is poised to revolutionize the finance industry by delivering swift, efficient, and bespoke financial solutions to real estate developers, thereby setting a benchmark for best practices and innovation in the NBFC finance sector.

P. Selvaganesh, I.R.S., is a retired Indian Revenue Service [IRS] officer with over 35 years of distinguished experience in tax administration, investigation, and public policy. He has held several senior leadership roles, including Director General of Income Tax (Investigation), Kerala, and Director General of Training at the National Academy of Direct Taxes.

Mr. P. Selvaganesh serves as the Chairman of Brios Finvest India Limited, leveraging his strategic acumen, governance strength, and extensive leadership experience to guide the company toward scalable growth and sustained long-term success.
